With a robust background in financial management, Ajay has held pivotal roles at notable infrastructure conglomerates including Gammon India and Hindustan Construction, where he developed expertise in managing complex financial operations, capital restructuring, and strategic business planning. His comprehensive understanding of financial markets and regulatory frameworks has enabled him to successfully navigate intricate business challenges across diverse sectors.

As an entrepreneur with a keen eye for opportunity, Ajay has founded and co-founded several ventures across various industries. His entrepreneurial journey includes a start-up in the commodities trading sector, as well as multiple business initiatives in the technology solutions space, demonstrating his versatility and business acumen.
